🚀 Work Session Management: Enhanced Control Over Time Tracking

We're excited to announce updates to the Work Sessions functionality in your Back Office, giving you more visibility and control over employee time tracking across all your locations.


🕰️ Accessing Work Sessions

The Work Sessions section is now your central hub for all employee clock-in/out activity.

  • Access Point: Navigate to the 'Time Tracking' section in the main Back Office menu.

🔎 Comprehensive Viewing and Filtering

The main screen provides a comprehensive list of all employees who have clocked in or out, making it easy to see who is currently active.

  • Filtering: Use powerful filters to narrow down your view:
  • Filter by Date Range.
  • Filter by Location.
  • Filter by specific Users (employees).

✍️ Detailed Editing and Management

Gain deeper control over individual employee work logs:

  • View Details: Click the 'eye' icon next to an employee's name to view a detailed list of all their linked work sessions.
  • Editing: Easily edit a work session if any details were entered incorrectly.
  • Forcing End: End a work session that was accidentally left active, ensuring accurate payroll data.

📊 Reporting and Export

For payroll and record-keeping purposes, you can now quickly export work session data.

  • Export Report: Export a detailed report for each user, including a full log of their work sessions and durations.
